These Terms and Conditions, along with privacy policy or other terms (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement by and between ABDUL MAJEED PALAN THODI, ( “Website Owner” or “we” or “us” or “our”) and you (“you” or “your”) and relate to your use of our website, goods (as applicable) or services (as applicable) (collectively, “Services”).

By creating an account or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our platform. These terms govern your use of our services, and any changes to these terms will be notified to you via email or on the platform.

2. User Responsibilities

• You do not engage in any unlawful activities, including but not limited to fraud, copyright infringement, or violations of local, state, or international laws.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Platform Usage

Our platform provides online educational resources and job recruitment services. You agree to use the platform only for its intended purposes and refrain from:

• Using the platform for any illegal, harmful, or disruptive activities.
• Impersonating others or providing false information.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or platform data.
• Engaging in activities that may negatively impact the platform's functioning or security.

4. Privacy

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

We offer a one-time registration fee or yearly subscription for our services. Please read the following refund terms carefully:

• Refunds are not applicable once a payment has been made.
• In the case of exceptional circumstances, such as incorrect billing, we will process refunds within 5-7 working days after approval of the refund request.
• Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of payment for billing issues.
• If a refund is approved, it will be credited to the original payment method.

Refund requests due to technical issues or service non-availability will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Billing Information

All payments made on the platform will appear on your bank statement as Amptsecurity. Please ensure that this billing label is recognized to avoid any confusion.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in question, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you will lose access to all services and content available on the platform. You may appeal any termination decision by contacting our support team at amptsecure.system@gmail.com.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Kerala, India.

10. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Share & Earn Program

Our Share & Earn program offers surprise rewards. These are gifts and not guaranteed payouts. We do not disclose the minimum threshold for eligibility. When you become eligible, a request button will appear. Please review the Reward Policy for more details.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and services available on the platform are the property of AL Manarat and are protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute the content without prior written consent from us.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes or disagreements arising from these terms or the use of the platform will first be resolved through mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute may be resolved through arbitration under Indian law. Both parties agree to respect the final decision of the mediator or arbitrator.

14. Ads

Our app uses Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect device information and user interaction data (such as IP address, device identifiers, and app usage) to provide personalized ads. This data is used only to serve relevant advertisements and is not shared with other third parties.

Users can choose not to receive personalized ads by adjusting their device or Google ad settings. For more information, please see Google’s Ad Policies.

Subscriptions are billed via Google Play. Canceling your subscription stops premium features, but no refunds will be issued for any unused period.
